Philip Stallard’s abstract landscapes have an uncommon ebullience, his paintings shimmer in a beautiful balance between vibrant naivety and careful geometric composition. Stallard interprets the landscape as a fluid medium where personal references and memories are submerged to create colourist harmony. Stallard has a solid 20 year track record, with successful solo exhibitions yearly in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and works exhibited in a number of high profile Australian galleries. He has also exhibited internationally and has completed many commissions for Australia’s most prestigious Hotels and Corporate spaces; his work is included in collections world-wide.
